Kathy Lynskey 2004 Marlborough Gewurztraminer

The Canadian brought a great wine this week. We had an abridged version of our usual tasting madness, so this was really the only wine we tasted. But man, was this stuff good. Great varietal character and quite dry with aromatic fruit.
So this weeks' award for big picture goes to this New Zealand yumster.
Oh yeah, there was only one case produced so this was the only bottle in the United States and we drank it. I think The Canadian owes Kathy Lynskey about $7300 for this bottle.
